When Your Values Align, New Doors Open

This week reminded me of the true strength of alignment.

Not alignment in schedules, hobbies, or personalities — but in values.

A conversation with a friend made me pause and think about the friendships we choose to maintain. These are the friendships where conversation flows effortlessly because they are grounded in shared morals, priorities, and worldviews.

Such connections feel lighter.

They don’t require over-explaining yourself.

They don’t leave you feeling exhausted.

They simply exist in a space of mutual respect and understanding.

As we grow, something interesting happens in our relationships.

This week, I stepped into one of those moments.
